Directions

From Hwy 59 Northbound

  • Take exit 159 – New Caney (FM 1485)
  • Approximately one mile from the FM 1485 and Hwy 59 feeder (Walmart, McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Starbucks, and gas stations), turn right on Jimina Road.
    (The park cannot be seen from the frontage road. Look for a large red, white, and blue billboard, and then in 300 ft, a smaller sign, and the American and Texas Flags).
  • Take Jimina down until you see the office on the left side of the road.

From Hwy 59 Southbound

  • Take exit 159A – New Caney (FM 1485)
  • U-turn under the freeway.

Yes—we welcome nightly, weekly, and long-term (monthly) stays. Our monthly rate includes an electricity allowance to help keep your costs predictable and fair.

Yes—our 24/7 clubhouse includes a television, pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, puzzle and checkers tables, an exercise bike, and plenty of tables and seating. It can also be reserved, at no cost, for parties.

Absolutely. We’re pet-friendly and have shaded areas perfect for walking your dog. We also have a dog park, dog wash, and pet stations with dog bags.
(Note: While we do not have a breed restriction, aggressive dogs are not allowed.)

Yes—high-speed Wi‑Fi is free and available throughout the park.

Reservations are recommended, especially for long-term stays, but we do accept walk-ins when sites are available.
