Electricity Allowance Included—A Major Advantage.
Most RV parks charge 100% electricity on top of the monthly rent. We don’t.
Our monthly rates include a generous electricity allowance. In most parks you pay 100% of
the cost of electricity you use, as high as 18 cents per KWH. For a 30 amp RV our monthly
rates include a 600 KWH allowance ($90 savings per month) and for a 50 amp RV ($120
savings per month) based on 15 cents per KWH.
Reasonable Rates
Our rates are intentionally fair—often lower than other RV parks in New Caney, Kingwood, Porter, Humble, and Cleveland.
